Loyal, bold, and instinctively driven by purpose and place, Andy Lampard is known for sharp intuition, a lifelong commitment to the journey, and an ability to lead with both strength and grace. Like the goose—a creature that travels vast distances with vision and loyalty—Andy has spent a lifetime navigating complex terrains and guiding ambitious projects from rough sketches to remarkable destinations.
With over 25 years’ experience as a designer, restaurateur, hotelier, and developer, Andy has built a career around creating spaces that are beautiful, meaningful, and rooted in their surroundings. From reimagining listed buildings to launching distinctive hospitality brands, Andy brings edge, elegance, and endurance to everything he touches.
Over the years, he has worn many hats: interior architect, hospitality innovator, property developer, and brand strategist. He has led large-scale renovations, curated unforgettable guest experiences, run acclaimed restaurants and boutique hotels, and built businesses from the ground up. Today, his focus is on helping others do the same.
Andy now works closely with developers and private clients to unlock the full potential of their projects—whether it’s a one-of-a-kind home, a landmark hotel, or a destination restaurant. He specialises in architectural and interior design for houses and hangouts, with a natural flair for storytelling and a sharp eye for identity. From spatial flow to final finish, he brings together beautiful form, functional design, and brand-led vision. Whilst being an independent consultant Andy collaborates with project teams and can bring in a trusted flock of talented creatives when the project calls for it.

Tucked within the enchanting grounds of The Highfield House, East Yorkshire, lies The Goose Studio—a creative haven nestled among ancient woodland and lovingly tended gardens. It’s here, in this uniquely tranquil setting, that design finds its rhythm and ideas are given space to soar.
The studio forms part of the story of Highfield itself—a grand Grade II listed estate painstakingly restored by Andy and Lindsey Lampard. Once a private residence, it has been transformed into a 12-bedroom Michelin Guide boutique hotel, complete with a Two Rosette restaurant, atmospheric cocktail bars, a live music hall, and indulgent treatment spaces.
Surrounded by history, elegance, and nature, The Goose Studio draws its inspiration from its remarkable surroundings. It is a place where hospitality, heritage, and design converge—where every project is approached with clarity, creativity, and purpose.
Whether sketching the bones of a new restaurant interior, developing brand identities, or reimagining luxury spaces, The Goose thrives in this perfect balance of calm and character.

But we don’t just design hospitality — we live it. As owners of a 5-star boutique hotel and 2 AA Rosette restaurant, featured in the Michelin Guide, we’ve welcomed royalty, dignitaries, and global celebrities. We know what makes a space not only beautiful, but commercially successful.
